Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or human resources field required.
- At least three years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus.
Skills required :
- Proven work experience skills as Technical Recruiter
- Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Expertise in sourcing techniques
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Write and post technical job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates on niche skills.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's abilities.
- Coordinate with team managers for interview scheduling and follow up.
- Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
- Able to close the requirement in the given time frame.
- Should have experience working on various recruitment platforms like Linkedin,Naukri etc.
